Please note that all prices are in Pounds Sterling. Real time conversions to any other currency can be obtained at XE Currency. A 25% deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the balance payable no less than 8 weeks before arrival. There is also a fully refundable Damage Deposit of £250 against any breakages or excessive cleaning costs. Payments can be made by Bank Transfer, Cheque, Credit Cards through PayPal or simply by email via PayPal. Arrivals normally happen on Saturdays at 4pm and Departures at 10am to allow for thorough cleaning before the subsequent arrival, although we are happy to be flexible on this if bookings allow.
